yep. happiness is clearly just a state of mind. but i think it is really beyond that. it happens to you rarely. you have a choice whether to grab it and let it stay or forever loose it because of cowardice. true that euphoric rush is just at first, but it's up to you on how you creatively keep that happy feeling alive in you. it's all up to you. it's all in our hands. happiness comes from you.
